Our  design philosophy is based on the principles of universal accessibility – an approach that strives for broad spectrum solutions that work for everyone.  We are well versed in the regulatory requirements affecting buildings and their premises with respect to accessibility issues, including the current draft AODA for Accessibility Standards for the Built Environment. We support and promote the definition of “Universal Design” developed by the Center for Universal Design, which is summarized as follows: equitable use; flexibility in use; simple and intuitive; perceptible information; tolerance for error; low physical effort; size and space for approach and use.
