Toronto Women's Bookstore

Two renovations and a development feasibility study have been completed for the bookstore. The intial mandate, to redesign the existing spaces to optimize their use, improve accessibility and accommodate the changing uses, involved an addition to enlarge the ground floor space, opening it up to the garden, and renovations to the basement and second floor. An assessment of alternative sites was provided as part of a later feasibility assessment.
