collaborative
Critical to the success of most projects is the direct involvement of the people who will use and be affected by the building, including the occupants, neighbours, and community. We are very familiar with the complexities of consultation processes and collaboration, and have developed effective methods, tailored to individual client groups, resulting in projects for which clients/users feel a sense of ownership. We regularly coach clients through the process of project development, from initial conception, scope definition and feasibility assessment, through the design and construction phases.
Groups we've worked with include:
- Aboriginal Healing Centre Feasibility and Design
- Bethesda House Shelter Feasibility and Design
- Coburg Community Centre Accessibility Consultation
- Development Coordination for Blue Door Shelters
- Dreamcatchers Lodge Feasibility
- East Scarborough Boys and Girls Club Feasibility
- 40 Oak Street Regent Park Feasibility, Regent Park
- Strachan House Warehouse Conversion Design
- Victoria County Women's Shelter Development Feasibility
