residential: public & private
Our public work in housing focuses on affordable, accessible and seniors housing, shelters, and live-work spaces. We are developing innovative models for housing solutions, providing a range of public, private and semi-private spaces that support diverse needs and requirements. Developing affordable housing for urban seniors who want to downsize and age-in-place is a theme that we believe will transform housing development in the next decade. This includes innovative financial structures such as lease for life that can improve support systems in the seniors community. We regularly coach clients, public and private, through the complex process of project development, from initial conception, scope definition and feasibility assessment, through the design and construction phases, to completion.
